teaching expertise to every session. With a background spanning competitive tennis and professional contemporary dance, her approach is both powerfully dynamic and exceptionally refined — balancing energy, control, and intelligent movement flow.
Since opening her private boutique studio in San Francisco in 2013, Karii has cultivated a highly personalized Pilates experience for clients ranging from professional athletes and performers to dedicated professionals and active parents seeking strength, longevity, and balance in their daily lives.
During the pandemic, Karii seamlessly transitioned her sessions online, allowing clients to continue their personalized reformer practice from the comfort of their own homes and equipment.
